Women's Concerns in accessing Global Market..
"We cannot afford the high cost of TRADE SHOWS...
"We are a small producer group unable to access funding and consultant services...
"Our organization received donor support to attend one Trade Show and we presently do not have the funding to attend followup Trade Shows and the export credit to fill customer orders..."
"We spent alot of money to attend International Trade Show and we did not receive a single order and the buyers were not visiting our booth.."
WE PRODIVE SOLUTIONS!
It takes an average of attending 8-10 Trade Shows a year to achieve BIG SUCCESS !!the cost of a booth alone averages US$1500
It is a challenge for buyers to place orders with first time exhibitors.A wide selection of buyers will place orders after a third participation, allowing time to build a buyer-producer relationship.

I am writing to thank you for the opportunity. Our women were very pleased with the success. Every single basket was sold and the buyers kept asking for more. I am going to followup on some of the contacts which I made .The Business Workshop is the best that I have ever attended.Tailored to our needs . Jane Kiunsi .Federation of Association of Women Entrepreneur Mbeya-Tanzania.
Madam, thank you for the opportunity to attend your show in London. At first I did not want to attend because your training package says, this is Phase 1 of your Market Access Program. We are a big company and we do not need to be in Phase I. The show was very important to us in test marketing our products directly to the UK end consumers .The quality of our product is very good but we produce the wrong designs and the prices are very high. I sold the small wooden boats and cars and the big boats went to a gallery of two companies in Brighton and London who want to contract us for production and they will supply the designs.
Thank you and we will register for the USA Show. S. Nguyen

Dear Margaret and Christina,

Dear Margaret, Thank you for the grant support to attend both the Business Womens Network Leadership Summit and the two days Trade Show and Workshop . The high lights of this superb event was the US.Market Orientation which you organized with the Craft Center. I learned a lot from the individual Product assessments provided by the expert consultants, the bus tour of Washington DC shops and museums and the meeting with buyers. Cathy was great and her handout will help our organization in developing future product lines. Arafa Kenji Vice-Chairwoman AWID.Kenya,
Dear Margaret,

I will like to extend a big "Thank you" to the Crafts Center for the US Market Orientation Bus tour and visits to retail establishments. Monique Misenga.President FEBA.CONGO DRC.
Dear Margaret and Christina..Thank you for the networking opportunity with progressive business women from around the world. I liked the media exposure and the support from Rita Rochelle of Voice of America who worked tiredlessly for 2 days to profile the work of the women in their program. I have returned to Cameroon with a wealth of information to disseminate to fellow women businesses. Dr. Marie Terese
